We accept returns within 45 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and unopened.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened, used, damaged, or altered products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped incorrectly.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide replacement or refund options when appropriate.

Please do not return products without receiving return instructions from our support team.

For approved returns, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–8 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Customers wishing to purchase a different item may place a new order separately.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened products
• Used products
• Products returned without original packaging
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
